Fruit filler with pieces of apricots (or without them) which is used in the production of pies, fries, croissants, cookies, puffs.

The filling is heat-resistant, therefore it is used for confectionery and bakery products, subjected to heat treatment at temperatures up to 250С. It is suitable for any test.
